How We Work
Here's how a visit goes.
Letting someone into your house is a big deal. So here's what we do, what to expect, and answers to the questions people ask most.
We keep you posted
You'll get a reminder the day before. If we're running behind or something comes up, we let you know.
We use a checklist
Every visit follows the same written list. If you want something added or skipped, we update it.
We're careful in your house
We don't move personal papers or valuables. We ask before cleaning anything we're unsure about, and we keep doors shut if you have pets.
Appointments
Start to finish
- 1
Before
We confirm the time and ask about pets, how to get in, and any rooms you want us to focus on.
- 2
Arrival
We get there in the time window we gave you. If you're home, we'll do a quick walk-through first.
- 3
Cleaning
We go room by room and do the floors last so we're not tracking anything back in.
- 4
After
We check our work and leave a note if we noticed anything, like a leaky faucet. You can reply with any changes for next time.

FAQ
Common questions
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most people give us a door code or leave a key. You're welcome to stay home if you'd like.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes, including the vacuum. If you want us to use your own products, leave them out and we'll use those.
How is pricing determined?
It depends on the size of your home, how much cleaning it needs, the type of clean, and how often we come. You'll get the price in writing before we book anything.
What if I need to reschedule?
That's fine. Just give us 48 hours notice and we'll find another day.
Are pets okay?
Yes. Let us know ahead of time what pets you have and if any need to stay in a certain room.
What if something isn't cleaned to my liking?
Tell us within a day or two and we'll come back and redo it.
Want a price for your home?
Tell us about your place and what you need cleaned. We'll send back a price and what's included.
